experiences with Tess
““After doing just one session of trapped emotions release with Tess for my son and myself, I saw and felt a difference. My son who struggles with oppositional defiant disorder, began to listen and understand why he has to do chores and school work after the first session. After the second session, I noticed he began to ask what he could do to be helpful around the house. He has been less defensive and I have found asking him to do things to no longer be a struggle.” ”
““I was experiencing irritability and a weird pain in my middle toe. I had done nothing to injure it (that I was aware of) and so it seemed odd. After our session, there has been no pain in my toe and I haven’t really felt any irritability over much. Thank you Tess for all that you do! These sessions have been incredible and freeing.””
““The work you did on my little senior rescue dog, Ella, was amazing. Ella was a rescue. I’ve had her for 12 years. She came into the Humane Society as a stray and was never claimed. She was estimated to be between 5 years old then... so 15 to 17 now. She is the sweetest, gentlest soul. I always suspected that she’d been abused or traumatized in her original “home” because she’s always displayed submissive behavior even after 12 years of being in a safe, loving home. When you contacted me with the results of Ella’s session, your findings moved me to tears. Since that session I’ve seen such a change in Ella, not only with submissive behavior, but with her energy level! She now LEAPS into her little dog bed — like catching air. This has continued, ever since that session like she’s LITERALLY LIGHTER. And a reminder that this is a 15-17 year old dog.””
““I have personally seen life as a cup half full and to look on the bright side of life. For quite some time, I have felt stuck and could not get out of my own way to move to a more healthier lifestyle. I look for individuals who can enhance my life and ways to lead a fuller life. One of my partners on this journey has been Teresa Zardus at Zardus Art of Massage. I have been working with Teresa on an individualized program. I had to really focus on what brings joy and what makes me unhappy. I trusted her knowledge on a wide variety of topics to help guide me in a direction that I chose and discovered. It has been a year and I have seen a dramatic shift in my health as well as my appearance. I am still a work in progress. I am opening my mind to more possibilities and are taking on projects that I would have put off or paid someone else to do.
I am grateful for Teresa’s guidance and nonjudgmental manner and look forward to continuing to work together on my journey.””
